Bella Vita Festival 2026 San Diego: Tuscany-Inspired Chalk Art

I had a wonderful time a the 2026 Bella Vita Festival in San Diego, bringing a little Italian charm to the pavement through my chalk art.

Inspired by the vineyards of Tuscany, my chalk square featured an Italian maiden picking grapes among the sun-drenched grapevines. I wanted to capture the timeless beauty of the Italian countryside with a little dolce vita sprinkled in.

It was such a joy to bring this scene to life and connect with fellow artists and festival visitors. Events like these remind me why I love creating: every piece tells a story, and sometimes that story takes you all the way to Tuscany!

Ciao, bella! Until the next artistic adventure!

Azusa Golden Days Chalk Festival 2026: Celebrating Route 66 Through Chalk Art

The Azusa Golden Days Chalk Festival brought Route 66 to life through the creativity of chalk artists, transforming pavement into colorful works of art inspired by the history, charm, and Americana of the iconic highway.

This year’s theme was a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the stories and spirit of Route 66 through art. I loved being part of this creative celebration, sharing my artwork, and connecting with fellow artists. Sometimes the best journeys aren’t taken on the road, they’re created with one piece of chalk at a time!

Space Mural at Stanley Mosk Elementary School | Project Hope

I was delighted to be part of Project Hope’s School Beautification Program at Stanley Mosk Elementary School, where I had the opportunity to transform a school wall into a colorful journey through outer space!

The mural features a universe filled with rockets, planets, shooting stars, astronauts, and even a little alien visitor. Designed to be inclusive and inspiring for both boys and girls, the artwork celebrates imagination, diversity, and the idea that every child has a place in the universe.

One of my favorite details is the message painted across the wall: “I am capable of amazing things.” A simple reminder that no dream is too big and no destination is too far when you believe in yourself.

It was a joy to bring color and inspiration to this school. I hope this mural encourages students to dream big, embrace their uniqueness, and always remember that the sky isn’t the limit when there’s a whole universe waiting to be explored!
