Ventura Harbor Village

2018 Ventura Art & Street Painting Festival

I had a great time at last weekend’s Art & Street Painting Festival in Ventura. This year I chalked a mermaid square.

The ground here is really rough, but it adds character to the chalk.
Another angle of my square.
Finished!
A Dole Pineapple Whip float from Coastal Cone is always in order at this event!
After a day of chalking, the beach is always my happy place, and it’s right across the street.

Check out my timelapse here:

2016 Ventura Street Painting Festival

Had the greatest time chalking at Ventura Harbor Village last week-end. It was a gorgeous day, lovely weather and wonderful people!

My finished square. I love Ventura and can’t wait to come back next year.

Got to chalk next to good friend and artist Marcella Swett this year. She made the lovely portrait on the left.

The best part about the festival is that it is located right across the street from the beach! Took a short break in the water to cool off and enjoy the soothing waves of the ocean.

Had a wonderful week-end at the Chalk Festival at the gorgeous Ventura Harbor Village. If you missed it this year, you should really come to the next year’s event.

Ventura Breeze
Had to share this because my chalk square was one of the squares that made it on the cover of the Ventura Breeze!
